We organise in-person meetings throughout the year. These events provide a platform for sharing knowledge, exchanging ideas, networking and building partnerships.

Opportunity Day is Sweden's meeting place for promoting inclusion through work. Since 2016, we create meeting places, partly to build experiences instead of prejudices, and partly to build new networks. As a participant, you play a vital role in building a competitive society where individuals and companies can thrive.

Opportunity Days main event

Opportunity Day's main event is the big diversity and inclusion day of the year. Here we highlight the opportunities that exist with inclusive recruitment and inclusive organisations. The events are a meeting place for jobseekers, companies with a continuous recruitment need and organizations dedicated to enhancing inclusion in the labor market. The event unites businesses, academia, job seekers, the public sector, and civil society, fostering collaboration and connection.

Here we bring together those looking for staff with those looking for jobs. Space for exhibitors with at least one vacancy to fill.

Exhibition

The place for companies and organisations offering tools/services to increase labour market inclusion.

Seminars/O-zone

At the "O-zone" seminar stage, we take the needs of business as our starting point and focus on the business benefits of diversity.
