A record audience of over 1000 foreign-born job seekers and 28 recruiting companies from various industries. There were 15 speakers on stage in the O-zone and 300 visitors from the business and public sectors in the audience. As a novelty, "The Box" was presented, a dialogue activity inspired by "humans of New York", designed to bring the inhabitants of West Sweden closer together through good conversations.

Jonas Gustavsson is President and CEO of ÅF Pöyry since 2017. With more than 25 years of industrial experience and senior positions in Sandvik, BRP-Rotax, Bombardier and ABB, he leads ÅF Pöyry's journey towards the vision "Providing leading solutions for generations to come. Making Future".

ÅF Pöyry employs engineers from all over the world, everyone fits in and everyone contributes. At ÅF Pöyry, we know that diversity contributes to new perspectives, creative ideas and new ways of discussing and solving problems, and that there is a great need for engineering expertise in the company. Bringing in people from other countries is therefore a must for the company's development and ability to solve future challenges. Today, two diversity coaches at ÅF Pöyry work to match and coach newly arrived and foreign-born engineers with the company's skills needs.
Swedavia owns, operates and develops the basic national range of airports in Sweden. The ten airports form a system that links Sweden - and Sweden with the world.

Tove has worked with inclusion work for over 20 years, the last nine of which have been at Swedavia. "Working at Swedavia, a company where the issue of inclusion is on the management's table, has been incredibly rewarding and fun. Being part of this work and helping to drive development is very rewarding. Swedavia works purposefully and proactively on all grounds of discrimination to create a Swedavia that reflects our society. Tove has received a number of awards for her work, and in 2019 she was one of the finalists for Diversity Manager of the Year at the Management Gala.
Work is the best way into a society. It creates understanding, builds trust and breaks down prejudices. In addition, our entire welfare system is based on people finding work, each according to their abilities. Every person who is not working, who has skills that are not being utilised, is a huge waste of our common resources. At the same time, growing and successful businesses as well as our public services are in great need of skills. We do not have time to wait and we cannot afford to waste. Rudolf Antoni has a background in social science research at the SOM Institute and has for many years been a leader in urban development issues at the trade organisation Fastighetsägarna. Today he is regional director at the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise.
21-year-old entrepreneur Negin Azimi is the organiser of TEDxYouth Stockholm, a sought-after business speaker and board member of SOS Children's Villages. She is studying a bachelor's programme in rhetoric and has been awarded as one of Näringslivets Superkommunikatörer, according to Resumé magazine. One of Sweden's most promising young entrepreneurs, according to Företagarna. One of twenty young stars to keep an eye on, according to Veckans Affärer. She has also been named Sweden's Youth Entrepreneur.
Sofia Brax is Head of HR, Communication and Sustainability at Collector Bank, where she leads efforts to implement sustainability throughout the business and corporate culture. She has previously been HR and Sustainability Director at Lindex, where she developed Lindex into a fashion company with sustainability high on the agenda. Prior to that, she has, among other things, driven change work within Telia and AmuGruppen (now Lernia).
Do I have to love every single person? It's not easy to get everyone to get along, but greater diversity of various kinds benefits everyone and there are tricks that make it easier. Charlotte has worked with and lectured on the opportunities and challenges of diversity for 20 years and is one of Sweden's most hired lecturers in the field
Kadir Meral is an author, lecturer and comedian. With his experiences from his unique integration journey and his observations from today's multicultural society, he gives his listeners deep insight and creates thoughts and reflections on diversity, integration and the establishment of new arrivals. In his lectures, Kadir intertwines humour and seriousness, and affects the audience both in heart and brain.

He is well-read and familiar with the major societal issues of today regarding integration and diversity, which adds a different weight to his lived experience.
Marie Fall is Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Västtrafik and a sought-after speaker. She is a is a board member of Diversity Charter Sweden, which is part of the European network supported by the EU - Commission. In her podcast Inkluderingspodden she explores she explores inclusion from different perspectives in conversations with brave people who are making a real difference. Marie is is driven by finding the keys to how we create inclusive, balanced and fair workplaces with inclusive leadership
Canan Yasar is Creative Director and founder of the PR agency Obeya, which focuses on inclusive communication. Lecturer, creator and entrepreneur. Recently named one of the business world's absolute super communicators for the All of us initiative where Canan is a co-founder. The network works for diversity and inclusion in the communication industry - with increased creativity as the goal.
Susanne Bruce is Deputy CEO and COO of Collector Bank, where she is responsible for the administrative and operational units of the company and the operations in the Nordic countries. She has previously been CEO of Colligent and Aptic AB and founded and run the company Profact AB. Susanne has a strong business focus and is driven by motivating and enthusing employees to deliver beyond expectations.
Karin Klingenstierna is a moderator, conference organiser and singer. She has performed over a thousand times at Swedish and international events. "Entering the labour market increases self-esteem and gives you the opportunity to control your life and influence your future. We also build prosperity and solidarity through people working. There are jobs and those who want them, so let's all let go and with an open mind see how we can utilise all the skills that exist, which Sweden really needs!"
