The Opportunity Community network is ideal for those looking to deepen their understanding of DEI and explore various areas for improvement within their organization. Through the network, you will hear from some of the leading experts in the field.

As a member of the Opportunity Community, you will gain access to inspiration, knowledge, insights, best practices, and valuable knowledge sharing.
Throughout the year, we organize activities aimed at providing you with both knowledge and new connections. Our events include smaller knowledge meetings as well as larger gatherings and event. Through a mix of in-person and digital activities, the Opportunity Community ensures you receive continuous learning and growth in this important area.
Knowledge meetings - about 4 per year:
- Guest speakers focus on topics related to inclusion, diversity and skills that are close to your business.
- Aimed at board memebers, management, HR professionals, marketing teams and employers.
- Participants will gain inspiration, knowledge, know-how, practical insights, good examples and knowledge exchange.
- You will hear from some of the leading experts in the field.
- Held at our partner companies about 4 times a year.
- Topics: change management, inclusive leadership, AI and HR, CSRD, new research findings, the business case for D&I, inclusive recruitment, inclusive communication, unconsious bias and culture clashes, discrimination legislation and much more.
Major events:
- Access to a wide network of actors from the private sector, social enterprises, municipalities and public authorities who offer different tools to help you move forward in your internal diversity work. Activities to move from thought to action.
- Aimed at: HR, business managers, sustainability managers, diversity & inclusion officers, employers.
- The arena provides the opportunity to present their activities and find synergies/new collaborations to create a more inclusive labour market.
- Connect easily with organisations that offer diverse tools to implement and enhance diversity and inclusion work in the best way within your organisation.
- Participate in a small group/round table discussions with people knowledgeable/committed to the topic.
- Form: Mini Expo, round table discussion, mingle, speakers corner.
- Some networking events invite people established in the labour market and job seekers. Focus on talking to each other, instead of about each other. Exchange of needs, challenges and experiences.
Annual main event
- Aimed at senior management, boards, HR, business managers, sustainability managers, employers.
- You will be part of Sweden's arena for an inclusive labour market - Opportunity Day - a major annual event organised in different locations across Sweden. Since 2016, thousands of companies and jobseekers have come together to network and build a more inclusive society.
- The Arena provides an opportunity to find synergies/new collaborations aimed at creating a more inclusive labour market.
- Connect easily with organisations that offer diverse tools to implement and enhance diversity and inclusion work in the best way within your organisation.
- Participate in a small group/round table discussions with people knowledgeable/committed to the topic.
- We invite renowned speakers and top experts to share trends, best practices, challenges and opportunities.
- Opportunity Day brings together business, public sector, academia, government, civil society.
- Form: job matching, seminars, roundtables, fair.
