The fair is the place for companies and organisations offering tools and services to increase labour market inclusion. Here you will meet business visitors interested in inclusion and diversity, and foreign-born job seekers. Exhibit with information on different industries, mentoring programmes, fit and match services, training opportunities and more. For those of you with services and platforms that increase diversity and reduce the risk of discrimination, Opportunity Day is the place to be.
The stand package includes the following:

Bräckegymnasiet offers vocational training for carpenters, painters, bricklayers, concrete workers, landscapers and tilers. If you already have basic knowledge of a construction trade, you can undergo validation to obtain a vocational certificate.

WeQube focuses on social entrepreneurship, sustainability and partnerships with local businesses for community development and a supportive ecosystem for entrepreneurs.
Jobbsprånget is Sweden's largest internship programme for foreign-born graduates. The programme aims to speed up the path to employment by connecting employers with talent. The programme is funded by the Swedish government and the Marianne and Marcus Wallenberg Foundation and is run in collaboration with the Swedish Public Employment Service. Results show that 7 out of 10 participants get a job after.
Eductus is an authorised training and matching company offering labour market services such as Rusta and matcha. We provide support through coaching, guidance and individualised solutions to strengthen skills and open doors to work or the next step in your career. We put each person's goals and development at the centre.
VÄGEN wants to facilitate the transition from folk high school to work and further studies and contribute to increasing the possibility of an inclusive and sustainable working life for everyone. We are three folk high schools that will be present and represent this EFS project: Dalsland, Wendelsberg and Ljungskile.
