On 10 March, we will highlight the opportunities and business benefits of inclusion and diversity. Opportunity Day Trollhättan is the meeting place for job seekers, companies with a continuous recruitment need and for organisations with services to increase inclusion in the labour market. The event brings together business, academia, jobseekers, the public sector and civil society - everyone who wants to take part in a more inclusive labour market.

At the "O-zone" seminar stage, we take the needs of business as our starting point and focus on the business benefits of diversity.
The fair is the place for companies and organisations offering tools/services aimed at increasing labour market inclusion. Exhibitors include labour market actors who want to reach business visitors interested in inclusion and diversity, as well as foreign-born job seekers with information on different industries, mentorship programmes, fit and match services, training opportunities and more. For those of you with services and platforms that increase diversity and reduce the risk of discrimination, Opportunity Day is the place to be.

Are you between 18-29 years old and want to make a change in your life? Our idea is that there is a path for everyone regardless of their current situation. In collaboration with labour market support, the Public Employment Service and other authorities and social functions, we will do everything we can to help you find your way.
Folk high schools are a unique form of study for anyone over the age of 18. It is a meeting place for people of different ages and with different experiences. In Trollhättan, we offer programmes at both basic and upper secondary level, as well as vocational programmes for assistant nurses and social educators. We have small study groups and you get a lot of time and support from the teachers.

More than 1,000 jobseekers from different educational backgrounds, sectors and experiences visit the Job Matching Centre every year. Participation in the job matching programme is free of charge, provided that you have one or more vacancies you wish to fill.
