Participate in Opportunity Day to meet foreign-born job seekers and/or business visitors who are interested in inclusion and diversity. As an exhibitor, you are given the opportunity to meet candidates and new talents with varying backgrounds who are looking for a job, talk to business visitors who want to work more inclusively, arrange seminars, workshops or hold pre-booked interviews with job seekers. The job matching brings together companies in the recruitment stages and foreign-born job seekers. 7/10 jobs go through networks, and on Opportunity Day we build new contact paths. Participating in job matching is free of charge provided you have one or more vacant positions you wish to fill. Exhibiting companies will both participate in mingling and be given the chance to hold pre-booked interviews.

At the fair, there is space for labor market players who want to reach company visitors who are interested in inclusion and diversity, as well as foreign-born job seekers with information about various industries, mentorship programs, equip and match services, training opportunities and more. For those of you who have services and platforms that increase diversity and reduce the risk of discrimination, Opportunity Day is the right arena.
ARRANGE
WORKSHOP / SEMINAR
Become a seminar or workshop organiser. During the morning, there will be an opportunity to organise a programme item for the event participants. The programme should primarily target visiting jobseekers.
- The seminar is primarily aimed at job seekers for inspiration or training.
- The program point will be marketed in advance to job seekers, after which drop-in applies during the event.
- You are given access to the seminar scene for 30 minutes.
